The End of 2025
This has been a mixed year. Bad things have happened in this country, but I think they had to happen. It ripped the bandaid covering the apathy right off. People are waking up. I can only pray it continues into the new year. This country is suffering and things have to change….what a mess we have made.
On the upside, we now have 2 new souls in our family…and it seems the more chaotic the world becomes, the more harmonious my own family becomes.
My son’s book is published. My other son has a child. I still haven’t retired…still pushing along my life path and purpose. But it’s coming…retirement, change…my world to become smaller.
But not yet…I’m about to gain a room mate in 2026 - part of the family increase - my great nephew’s fiance is moving in with me while she finishes her Masters in music - another violinist in the family. It’s very cool.
In this last hour of 2025, I’m grateful for the gifts of this year. I’m not so grateful that Lord Buckingham doesn’t like fireworks…he’s spending the last hour of the year barking his head off. He’s a good guard dog.
